Modifications can be made in one of three ways:
1. Customer purchases the CAD disk or reproducible vellum set and makes the changes themselves (or local designer).
2. Builder makes changes on site "field changes". Please check with your local building department first.
3. We have the designer of the plan you want to purchase give you an estimate of what it will cost for them to do the plan changes. Some designers charge a set-up fee along with their hourly rate and others have flat or hourly fees. Please email for more information: sales@houseplansbymehm.com.
On average it takes one to three weeks and runs from $75.00 to hundreds and sometimes thousands, depending on the complexity of the changes.
